Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Greenlife account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
